About the system
What is the Cuplock system?
Cuplock is one of the most efficient shoring systems, combining simplicity, flexibility and cost efficiency. It relies on a unique joint at each node: a fixed bottom cup welded to the vertical standard and a movable top cup, with the ends of the horizontal ledgers locked between them. This makes it faster to assemble than other scaffolding systems, and faster to dismantle.
The system needs only a limited number of components, so there are no loose parts to lose and no time wasted aligning standards and ledgers. Its components are also used to build stair towers on site.

Standards are available in 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 m lengths, with cup joints every 500 mm, weighing between 5.0 and 14.8 kg.
0.6, 0.9, 1.0, 1.2, 1.3, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.5 m, and custom lengths can be made to order.
Both are galvanized with a 40 kN load. The U-head adjusts over 650 mm and the universal jack over 450 mm.
